These are some examples of what may be considered established worthy causes. Maybe Capcom could help out a bit with some exposure. You would probably find many game related media sites willing to help advertise like Ars Technica.

Whatever charity you would chose could be a great way to turn something made with your own hands into a labor of love that could help do good work for a lot of people.

1. If I order 1 Shin and 1 Akuma at the same fast time stamp will I get an AP of each?

2. If I order 2 Shins on the same fast time stamp will I get 2 AP Shins?

3. If I order 2 Akumas and 2 Shins on a fast time stamp will I get 4 APs?

I assume for 2 and 3 it's only one AP, but just want to know.

You're really looking for an Ap don't you.
