I dont think leds can work with noob eyes unless his body is all black, if they make him with that smoke material the led will go through his whole body, even though that might be cool too.

To answer the thread's question: no, I wouldn't buy it.
Klassic Noob is just black, even the custom by Vince Vell (who's an amazing artist) really hasn't much to say as a statue.
MK9 outfit is awesome, probably best outfit out of that game.

But I think Jerry should make him, for a simple reason: cash.
He should just do Rain, Ermac and Noob in 1:4 with low ES, say 250 for Rain and Ermac, 200-150 for Noob. Palette swaps, of course. GG.

In 1:3 scale I don't think it can happen. Best thing would be sneak him as a variant, but then you end up with two issues: (1) people would start complaining that it's Noob and not Ermac or Rain; (2) none of the poses shown so far for 1:3 scale ninjas really fit Noob.
Scorpion is holding his chain, Sub Zero should be holding a skull or ice ball, can't recycle the sculpt entirely unless you have Noob holding something else... which would be pretty redundant when displayed with the others.
And honestly, 1:3 line is too amazing to have it slowed down by another tri-set of Rain/Ermac/Noob as variants, more than ever since their Klassic outfits really change only in the colors.
