Agreed, really liked it. Loved the opening scene and want an OCP movie. .

I'm considering Robo still but would like to see the revised photos first. Hopefully soon cause I want this and Ed209 in 1/4!

Edit. What the hell, ordered! Bring on ED209! 1/4 baby! I really wish Robocop had. Murphy switch out head though. I just love the base, pose, and light up feature. Perfect.

Good work Gruson. I love the EX right arm with the gun aimed up at the sky. Gonna look so good. This statue's proportions seem to be very accurate and I believe the finishing will be top-notch. I want to see some production pics. With the video game statues taking center stage at PCS, I'm glad to see this thread bumped cause it seemed this is the forgotten masterpiece by PCS.

I've wanted to see ED-209 for quite some time a no word from the boss. I'm guessing Jerry has a Chronicle ED-209 on order and is waiting to start the 209 project not until after he has the Chronicle 209 in hand so he can study it and make the 1/4 scale ED-209 as accurate as possible.

China will often revise the pricing higher as they discover something is more difficult than they expected.

I remember back on Lion-O the price went up about 50% once we started. Usually its maybe 5 or 10%.

The only thing you can do is pull it from the factory, but I like this factorys work.

Pricing in general has been rising dramatically since ~2008. Stuff today costs about 130% more than it did in 2008. Some of that increase is passed onto collectors in higher pricing and some is absorbed by us manufacturers with less profit.

At some point the collectibles market may collapse because a typical 1:4 statue will have to be $600.
Sorry to hear about what happened Jerry but I'm glad you decided to keep it and give us the definitive Robocop we've all been waiting for! So you said increase of about 60% so that means this figure really should of costed around $600-700 for you to make the money you originally had planned.. Really sorry that all happened!

I can't believe that there is still less than 25 exclusives left to order but this will sell out this year for sure! Especially once its in hands the other two dozen will go quick..

When is this one looking to be released to us Jerry?? Cant wait to get this piece in hand..

And referring to my bold text, i can see all 1/4th statues being over $500-599 very soon either this year or next, by 2020 collecting like were doing will be very selective and most of us will only be allowed to afford a couple of pieces each year…

There's got to be some way to get a matching ED209 without spending $2,000.

Can't believe the day I placed an order he announced ED209 had been cancelled.

I just saw in the Q&A thread that ED-209 will NOT happen in 1/4 scale.

bummer.

It is a shame, but I honestly would rather have a 1/3 Robocop then a 1/4 ED. In a perfect world I would rather have a 1/4 Cain than ED.

Yeah that's where I got the information but I still wish there was some way.

I'd rather have a 1/3 Robocop but I do not know how different it could be than this to justify having both. The possibility of ED209 and cain made the 1/4 scale desirable even with a larger 1/3.
