In conclusion, this Chun Li has some of the best straps used to strap Styrofoam out there. When it comes to packaging, PCS really outdid themselves with this one!

I don't love these statues, especially spending $1400 plus when you factor exchange, duty, and taxes.
I like the straps PCS uses to strap the styrofoam together.

i will be getting Morrigan very soon since they just shipped both of them 3 days ago. and will be getting 3 chun li end of this month. i saw the chun li and i like them. But as i mentioned here before, the morrigan version i like everything except for the head sculpt. love the pictures on prototype or the stock photo but the actual item, not so much.

I tried my best to get the heads aligned and taking a pic (no small feat )and I think Li's head may be a bit more in foreground, though her head is wider

On the subject a eye alignment, the purpled hair portrait looks very good. Less can be said about the portrait on the left.

Just got mine today, inspected her and had some issue with p2 version. big issue was that her wing that can be attach to her head didn't come with a tip so i couldn't attach it to her head (kept falling off). other issue was that there is also long paint scratch from her thigh going back to her lower waist. you can see it in the first two picture. not sure if it is worth exchanging for. But the head wing i definitely have to let sideshow know and hopefully get a replacement. beside that i noticed i had trouble properly attaching her left wing on both statues. Plus it wouldn't go all the way in leaving a bit of gap. i hope they don't fall off.
over all i love the P1 version and it looks a lot better to me compare to P2 version as far as the head sculpt goes. its just the paint work on the face, p2 just looks pale in comparison to P1. rest of the statue looks amazing for both version. p2 skin is bit tanned compare to P1. I do like the red paint and how glossy it is on P2 version.
will be getting both (blue and black) chun li end of this month. missed out of the red one though so sadly not a full collection.

You got really unlucky it seems. Your P2 version looks pretty bad in general. The paint on the headsculpt there leaves a lot to be desired.

i think i have bad luck when it comes to PCS statue. so far i bought 6 statue from sideshow and out of 6, 4 of them had some issue. my very first one was dictator cammy which came with a broken pony tail (was crushed from the packaging). i was new collector at that time and didn't know i could get an replacement from sideshow. so i glued them back. second one was sakura regular edition which came with googly eyes and neck that wouldn't fit. sideshow helped me replace that but the new replacement also had googly eyes so i gave up and kept it as it was. 3rd one was recent which was 1/3 cammy with broken shoulders, so i returned it. and now this one. i am really hopping the 3 chun li and 3 cammy i ordered does not come with any issues. i am starting to feel bad by keep asking sideshow about it.
