I believe they are the official US distributor for XM. Should be a link to their site on the XM website.

Nice. Their samurai line has some pretty amazing pieces.

I just got mine today and the right hand with the sword is not going all the way. The issue is at the shoulder joint - I'm even not trying to align the sword with the left arm. Does anyone have the same issue?

No issues with mine. Your arm joint doesn't seem like it's inserted properly? Or does it not go in? If the arm joints doesn't go in means you need to get a replacement for that arm. OR body replacement, depending which is the issue.

Have you try inserting the arm without the cape first? Sometimes the cape might get in the way from inserting your arm because the space is quite tight.

The issue is the shoulder pad glued too low forward which causes the arm pegged in all the way

Happened exactly the same here. Arm and body collides stopping the arm to
Set up properly...

I'm tempted to pickup the version B before it sells out.
I've read on a YouTube comment that the fitment issues are mostly on version A which sounds little odd since its the same figure with less swap outs.

Are these issues common or only a small percentage?

I don't know the number but I don't think it is large. One thing you should be careful is the cape - it is a b*tch to put it in

Other than that, this piece is awesome. My favorite Batman. The design is closely related to Batman Shogun than Batman Samurai statue.
One more note, from several reviews, they said you have to press the remote control button several times to fully turn on the Bat-Signal. This is not true, you only need to press 1. This is because the light is designed to fully on gradually and same as turning it off
