Yeah! Sideshow is a great channel to reach products to collectors because Sideshow ships internationally!

I think Warner Bros would start to license out their DC characters to other companies. WB licenses Thundercats and possibly Mortal Kombat to PCS and definitely money are going to be generated for both parties. Imagine the revenue that a DC license will bring to WB!

I don't think anyone would. These rumours tend to pop up every so often, gather some steam for a little while, then disappear again just as quickly. So while I think it's a perfectly viable proposition, I wouldn't be making any bets on it actually happening until someone official said something official through an official channel, officially.

I think DC Direct will close down at the end of 2011. Georg Brewer the executive responsible for DC Direct is already gone and they removed the DC Direct link from their main DC Universe website like they did with Wildstorm wich got cancelled.

It is still there; at the bottom with all the subsidiary links.

Why would DC direct give up their license to sideshow. They sell their product regardless, yes they may boost their revenue with selling the license to sideshow but would have to compete with them in sales of collectibles.
Seems pretty far fetched that DC would cut their own throats.
