Picked mine up from the local FedEx office this evening.
Can anyone who has this tell me how to put the batteries in? Getting the outer battery compartment open was no problem, but I am not sure how to safely open the inner black box that houses the batteries. The box itself doesn't seem to want to budge and there isn't a clear way to open it up.
I just don't want to force it and break anything. Directions probably would have been a good idea, but it's a minor nit pick.
Thanks!
EDIT: Nm, I figured it out. You have to grab the black box by the end where the wires are bunched up and pull outward. You might need to pull the wires out of the way first. It opens easily enough doing that. I didn't try that initially because of the way the wiring is on that end it doesn't leave much room to get your finger in there to grab it, and I was worried about damaging the wire connections that you can't see while the box is closed.

I had the same issues. I had them send me instructions. The instructions they sent had pictures and were very detailed. I did ask they include those battery instructions in all starfighters going forward looks like they did not. If anyone needs the instructions I have them in email and would be glad to send them
The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.
