I can't remember the character names, but it was when they met the young boy,who brought the group to his hideout hut. Dwayne Johnson character sees a sign on the hut saying 'Alan Parish was here' and asks 'who's Alan Parish?', to which the boy says something along the lins of 'I think Alan Parish built this house. I'm just living in it.'

It was nice to hear his name but felt too much of a shoe in. I remember an interview when Dwayne said something like 'There are references of Williams character throughout the film, like he's guiding us throughout the file'. That was clearly not the case and just said to shut up the reboot moaners.

I'm glad others enjoyed it but I expected more going by Dwaynes comments during filming
