If Hulk is the strongest who's the second?

We all know Hulk is the strongest there is so who do you think is the second strongest?
No cosmic characters.

Only Marvel or DC included? If so, Thor would be 2nd and Superman would be 3rd :-)

Isn't he only the strongest when he's pissed off? I could have sworn Abomination had the upper hand unless Hulk was angered into berserker mode.

True that, if he is Hulk/Banner and needs to be pissed off to become the Hulk. But what about when Banner isn't around and he isn't always pissed?

We're sticking with "regular" super heroes/villains, right? Not like Beyonder or Thanos w/Infinity Gauntlet.

How about more recent guys like Sentry and Blue Marvel? Isn't their strength level off the charts?
