The teeth can also be made a little bit bigger, it looks like he's wearing a mouthpiece. Other than those two points it looks great.

Hey Quest, can you post the Akuma pencil sketch tease in your first post for comparision? I forget where I saw it, but I remember liking it more than this sneak...
EDIT: May 12 Newsletter had the sketch sneak

The sculpt is close. More tweaking and I think they'll nail it. The mouth and hair are key. I just love the look of the hair in the sketch. It's being "blown back" more than the "bulbous" tufts of the sculpt. That may be hard to translate into 3D for my liking...
