Sub Zero ripping Scorpion's head off
Sub Zero ripping Kano's head off
Sub Zero ripping Liu Kang's head off
Sub Zero ripping Sonja's head off
Sub Zero ripping Johnny Cage's head off
Sub Zero ripping Raiden's head off

Actually, I only collect 1/4 statues but tons of possibilities here.

For me there would be two in particular that would really be iconic for MK as well as make great dioramas.

1) Shang Tsung in mid soul-stealing pose with a half shriveled Lui Kang in his grasp.

2) Sub-Zero on one knee launching and ice ball at Scorpion who is at the same time throwing his spear at Sub-Zero.

I always thought a scorpion and sub zero would be cool and
Check this! A very simple yet awesome dio. Both standing face to face, eyes locked on each other, scorpions harpoon going round subbys leg, thigh, chest and spear right by the side of his head but not touching him at all and subbys arm frozen with frost waves all over his arm. Obviously standing ready to beat the crap out of each other. Now that I would buy!

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Thumbs up

Dioramas would be Great for Classic Fatalites!

For example Sub Zeros Spine Rip or Scorpion taking his mask off and setting someone on fire!!

No head ripping, please. It sounds good, but gory doesn't look too good as a statue. I think something like Scorpion vs Sub Zero (like the cover to MK9) would be cool.

Since you have both MK and SF licenses how about a diorama of Scorpion Burning Ryu alive or Sub Zero ripping Kens head off!
