Just received this guy from the Disney Store (made by Mattel with a vinyl head they sold back in December (not the plush version I think they are selling now)). Obviously, this is not the SSC version BUT at the $25 price point, I think this is a really good representation. It is around 12 inches tall.
I understand this won't have the collectible nature of the SSC or Hot Toys life size versions but again, it looks great and costs WAY less. For me, this will do.
