New pics look great! Excited to get mine in soon, though I have no place to put the statue itself or its two boxes.

What shelf or method are you guys using for displaying the piece? I was thinking of getting a shelving unit or a Besta but those aren't deep enough or look too industrial for me. Is having some of it over hang over a surface not too bad?

I only put my statues on the top of the shelf, books down lower. IKEA has a custom shelf maker with a metal frame. I like the one that is 43" tall, 33" wide, and allows 21" of depth (plenty for even 1/3 bases). They only run about $50 to $75.

I had no doubt that it was THE Batman that you had to have in a collection.
I guess we can now officially close the drama " In search of lost details"

That just goes to show how well framed and lit photos can affect the subject. Here we see it in all it's glory, but previously because the piece wasn't perfectly captured, it forces us to concentrate on the issues that we see.

But of course that doesn't mean that Prime 1 didn't change the sculpting on us. There's no getting around that. Usually we're used to seeing paint variations, but rarely a sculpt change, at least in statues. That sometimes happens with Hot Toys when they try to update the headsculpt, but I haven't seen it in statues before.

This statue is pretty impressive...I was quite tempted when I first saw it, but managed some restraint

It looks like it’s now rectangular panels to cover the bolt holes.
