I'm happy with the Dolphins draft so far.

Looks like they released Tebow today. I don't get it. I understand he isn't the guy you want for your starter and maybe they think they can eventually get SOMETHING in trade for Sanchez but I would think if you were going to get rid of somebody you would dump Sanchez to save the cap money.

I gotta believe they already knew they wanted to get rid of Tebow and tried but couldn't get anybody to trade anything for him. But even if that is the case you would think they would have traded Sanchez during the draft for even a 6th or something to get rid of his contract and then go into camp with Gerrard, Geno Smith, and that other guy that was backing up Sanchez. I suppose though nobody else wants to pay Sanchez contract either

It seems Jets brass still can't get it right when it comes to selecting franchise QB. Acquiring Tebow from Denver and signing Sanchez to a contract extension last season was a big mistake on their part. Getting Geno Smith from the draft is great but it's not going to help them one bit. When you have an offensive line and ground game that is questionable and no star WR to throw to it makes the team seem one-dimensional. I hate to say it but the Jets have to many holes to fill on both sides of the ball to be a contender in the AFC.
