Hi there John, fantastic stuff - I have to ask, what is your process? Do you use a graphics tablet to take your sketches and recreate them digitally/color them?

Thanks, Colossal! That seriously made my day.
I stick to a pretty basic process. I pencil and ink traditionally on comic paper before scanning in the art. When I do colors, I do them digitally in Photoshop using a Wacom Intuos tablet.
The four main steps end up looking like this:
