Very nice! I ended up putting the hilt in the opposite way first, as the opening in her hand was bigger on that side. Once her fingers were stretched a bit, putting it in the correct way worked out. I would have broken out the hair dryer otherwise.

Yeah, sometimes with these kind of statues hard to know integrity of the piece.

I am on the fence. I love the skirt, but I also like the silvery contrast of the skirtless option.... just wish it was a bit less thong-ish The pod is cool (and BTW is perfectly straight thanks to the metal rod.... just camera angles distort it).
