Apparently it takes a month for collectables direct supplier to get back to them, not sure why as I think their supplier is PBM and they buy direct from ecc, neither of which in my experience take more than a couple of days to reply.

That doesn't sound right ,a month for an email lol.
I once had a problem with an cinemaquette piece, sent an email to my retailer that I bought it from and then they sent one to cinemaquette ,it was sorted out in 3 days .

That's exactly what I thought and that time scale is what I was expecting but unfortunately there's not much I can do about it

That's the thing I've got to wait a month to get an answer I already know, that there's no replacements available (I've never known ecc to have any replacements available) must admit I'll be gutted as it was my most anticipated piece of the year

My god, I am so sorry to hear all these problems for you guys who spent GOOD money on elite. This does not sound like there typical quality, or SERVICE. Glad I cancelled, I just coulnt afford with lawyer fees and all, and its even worse now. I have a gizmo for sale. I will sell at my cost if anyone is interested. im not looking to make any money, in fact Ill loose money after all the fees and border costs I spent, Im just looking to sell it to someone who may have missed out and to go with your mohawk. You cant have one with out the other. PM if your interested. Its brand new. And best of luck for those trying to get problems fixed. I have my share with some artists that have not been nice to work with and I feel your pain.

Mine came out great as well. Not sure why Billy is acting like everybody has gotten bad pieces. Also not sure why he feels like ECC is “not nice to work with”. I’ve personally never had a problem dealing with them. I’m 100% happy with mine and have zero regrets with my purchase. Also, enough with the spamming about your Gizmo for sale.
