Artist Proof Busts

Hi all, i'm hoping someone can help me on here. I have just purchased my first Star Wars artist proof bust. The aotc white trooper, but the piece is incomplete, one arm and one hand missing. I have read many of these forum boards and am sure i read once that the AP didnt always come complete. Am i right or did i dream it. Please can a wiser collector instruct me of the ways of the AP.

I have several AP's and they are all complete with arms. Examples are the Clone, Stormtrooper and Jango Fett.
The problem is easy solved, just buy a regular clone and make your AP complete, sell the regular incomplete, but please state this in your add. Don't worry clones will always sell.

Yah APs/Promos always come complete. I busted an arm on one of mine, bought a second bust to complete it, and glued the broken one back together and sold it with the regular. The completed broken/fixed regular piece didnt sell for that much but it was worth it to have the promo completed.
