The other Hulk thread got me thinking could he ever get mad enough to pick up Thor's hammer.

Power of Odin so no and as to whether Thor would be considered "worthy" in Odin's mind would be debatable.

But wouldn't the power of Odin to limit the ability to Mjolinr also be limitless. To coin the phrase of the irresistible force meeting the immovable object.
