Kotobukiya Clone Trooper Episode2 Paint defect

Hi Everyone.

I've just purchased the Kotbukiya episode 2 Clone Trooper.

For some reason mine is more of a grey colour than white, i've spoken to a few sellers on ebay and they've told me that their's is defiantly white and not grey.

Does anyone know if there is a dodgy batch of painted clones or is it surposed to be grey ????

I also read on the forum that the paintwork on the Sandtrooper squad leader was a different colour from the corporal and sargeant, i own all 3 of these and they are all the same colour paintwork.

Mine is also more grey than white.

I actualy also posted a thread about that when I bought my eps II Clone Trooper, I also thaught it was because it was not a good paintjob.

All of the forum members had grey clone troopers also.

OK , Thanks guys.

It looks a bit out of place in my collection with the Attakus & Gentle Giant clone being white.

I have a client that also complained about the paint job.

I took an IQ test and the results were negative.

I assumed it was weathered by battle, given that the base of it looks like scorched earth (no puns intended). My Hasbro Unleased Ep2 Clone Troopers had a similar non-whiteness, so I figured that's how things were in a time a war.
