What do you have? All pieces? I had all SW Attakus pieces at one point, and trimmed my collection a lot. Like HB said, it's personal taste, so may be difficult to recommend something.
Here's what I have now in my collection:
--The Jabba scene( one of the favorite scenes/pieces in my collection. Can't see any company matching this anytime soon, if ever). Statues includes Jabba, Salacious Crumb and pipe, Slave Leia, R2, 3PO, Han in Carbonite. Looking forward to ad more pieces to the scene as they are released.
-Emperor and 2 Royal Guards(another fave of mine. This scene rocks)
-Vader 1(the Grail)
-Chewbacca(hands down the best Chewie statue out there)
-Han
-Wicket
-Yoda2
-Tusken Raider
IF, only IF, I had to get rid some of these pieces, I would keep the whole Jabba scene, Emperor and two Guards, Vader 1 and sell the rest.

I was just going off what I have in my collection. I don't have either Vader, Obi-Wan or Yoda 1. I do have Yoda 2 but as much as I like him I like the others I listed better.

Only you can tell what characters are more special for you, but since you've asked, and space is a problem I would keep the lower scaled ones. Keep some of the Attakus line, like cap said , the Jabba's scene is pretty impressive (apart from Leia), maybe sell the human characters.
