It's a little smaller. The statue is about 9.5" (1/8 scale I think).

Nope... because that Surfer is the same scale as the Attakus Namor and the Namor from head to toe is the same length as the Bowen Human Torch Mini Statue....

I don't like this piece at all. The hand is terrible. The Surfer itself looks pretty solid but not enough to pick up the piece IMO.
