I thought I'd missed an excl. I have an extra Crimson Guard though, so could be a nice custom. Do these guys actually exist? What's their story? I guess I can wiki it.

Yes sir, they do exist...I always liked the design of the Royal Guards, the Shadow Guard just bump up the cool look a notch.

Looks great!
You should also tweak the Force Pike, and add a Light saber at the end, since they use a Light saber staff.
And I agree- make the helmet with a shiny coat, not dull
Love it though
