I looked for the second one for a long long time and then (lucky) bought the Ex on ebay from the UK for a really good price. UK was a good ebay market which is unfortunately too expensive now that I have to pay customs.

A couple pages back but did you have to contact them directly to cancel and get your NRD as well, or did you use the "Cancel Request" button on your order details page?

Just respond to the email you got detailing shipping specifics and cancel through there. I got my full refund, including NRD, in less than 24 hours.

I responded late-morning on Friday so I guess they'd gone home for the weekend by the time I sent my email. We'll see what happens on Monday.

Nope i did not use the cancel request button....i figured that would mess up my request or something so i just sent them 3 emails back to back telling them to refund the NRD....yep the following morning a paypal refund was in my PP account....i spotted that statement at the bottom of the invoice right away because that $800 shipping theres no way i would agree to that BS
