Well, if she signed an NDA, Sideshow has every right to sue. She was intertwined with their brand, and when she talks negatively, people will listen.

But the fact that she’s listed in the suit as a defendant and not Zack, coupled with the fact that they seemed to have dropped it makes it look like it was more of a petty thing on SS’s end.

Just a shame, really.

I don't watch Sideshow Live anymore, other than some of the recent con stuff. That was because i wanted to see what was new. The presenter(s) tended to stay behind the camera.

Usually when non-compete verbiage is involved, it means she probably had to accept and sign the terms in order to get her severance pay when she was fired.

There’s no reason to. Ever since Susan left, they’ve been struggling to find a new face of Sideshow. They seem to have settled for a cadre of rotating faces. If anything, Amy should probably be the new face. She did great this past week.

A buddy of mine was fired a couple years ago and agreed to a NDA to get his severance. Whenever someone asked about why he was fired, they were told to “talk to him about it”. Knowing full well about the NDA of course.

Amy is a great choice, Wendy Lee deserves some love as well, I think Satine is perfect for the COTD streams
