I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Over and over this was asked on Facebook “will she be delivered on time?”
Owner assured us it would be a new era for PCS she is on schedule
I guess the era will begin in 2019.
These guys really know how to butter up collectors and take that money but I guess all companies are like that.

I guess it is best not to judge the new owners of PCS until a new pre order goes up. Then see how long these new pre orders take to ship? I get the impression they will deliver within a year on each new piece, which is normal.

I think the chun is already eligible for cancellation without losing NRD. At least the Legacy set. Not sure about individual orders.
PCS website advertised her in Q4 of this year through Jan of 2019 but sideshow has her listed for Q2 of 2019 as has been listed earlier in the thread.
An argument for full refund can be made based on sideshow's refund policy..
I think I'll hold on to her for now though... at least until production pieces are floating around to see how she turns out.

Am i correct in thinking, back when Jerry owned PCS, the plan was to supply the factory with the same fabric PCS used for Chun-Li outfit(s)
I wonder if this is still the case?
..or will the new owners, simply let the factory source fabric they consider close enough to that used on the prototype?

yes. I believe he also said the same thing about the 1/3 Ninjas. I wouldn't put any stock in what he said anyway. Seeing is believing. We'll know as we get closer to the release date.

Are there actually new owners of PCS? I know that Sideshow will now be handling the distribution/customer service side of PCS, but that doesn't sound like Sideshow would have any influence on PCS release dates. I hope I'm wrong, but I get the sinking feeling that PCS will continue to do what it's always done: be the outright leader for consistently delayed products.

Give the guy's a chance. They are using better factories. Possibly the same factories Sideshow use, for some pieces atleast.
