DVD holiday season shopping
I bet several movies I want will be released between Halloween and New Years.
Only the first one I've seen a date for, but odds are, all of them will be out before 2006.
Star Wars - RotS
Longest Yard
Batman Begins
War of the Worlds
Fantastic Four
Sin City

Yo,
Robert Rodriquez already announced a special edition of Sin City which will include the "full" stories of each chapter of the movie, plus extras and all that, for sometime after the intitial barebones release, sometime in the early part of '06 or the last part of '05.
I hate it when they do that...

I read that's already done and waiting for the August 10th or 9th release date. He's already done with most of the stuff too, and did like a 20 min film school for it as well.

Thanks.
SW:ROTS is scheduled for November.
I'm guessing WoW and FF will be December.

SW ep. 3? Check. You know they're gonna have a 1-6 special edition out by X-Mas, so Luca$ can milk some more bucks out of it. If he adds some more scenes or EFX to the OT, then yep, I'll be a sucker.
Sin City? check. Gory flick.
FF? Check, 'cuz I think it's gonna be not bad.
Batman? Check. My son saw it at the theater, but I haven't.
Longest Yard? Check. Haven't seen it, but heard it's good.
WotW? Yuck, but check. Just one to put on the shelf. Doubt I'll ever watch this movie again.

Fox has revealed early details on a forty disc Buffy The Vampire Slayer collection. The set will carry the previous seven season packages, along with a bonus disc containing a new documentary with Joss Whedon. Each of these will be individually numbered, and will contain a signed letter from Joss Whedon, along with a comprehensive book filled with episode listings and memorable Buffy quotes. You'll be able to own this one from the 15th November this year, priced at around $199.98.
