Gomur is not around so I am taking the liberty to post the link of the Rogue and Sabretooth campaign started after the Brown Wolverine campaign (also done by Gomur).

I recommend you to go through the pages to get up to speed with ideas and so on.

As JPsarri said, no thanks necessary. It was the collective effort of like-minded and stubborn as heck fans that brought back Brown Wolverine and Rogue. And a company smart enough to listen. The ones who deserve the most credit are Koto, Gonk, and of course Erick Sosa.

After a few failed attempts, the approach that seemed to work was taking it to social media. We created a "petition image" and uploaded it to Koto's Facebook. Supporters would then re-post the image, and each image would get its fair share of likes and comments.

Koto definitely reads what goes on in these forums, and they can tell when interest in a character is high. That's how you wind up with wonderful statues like Carnage and Juggernaut. I have no doubt Sabretooth will get his due. He'd make a terrific companion piece for Wolverine. As we clamor for more and more characters (Storm, Iceman, Apocalypse), it's not a question of interest. I think the biggest hurdle might be time and resources. If only they could clone Erick Sosa....

You beat me by a minute, JP! Thanks for digging up that link. It's a nice trip down memory lane. And here's the thread for Brown Wolverine. This is an enjoyable read through now that the statue has returned. Back then, lots of desperation and pining.

Yeah, man! It is nice to read those old threads. It reminds me of how much we have accomplished and how far we have come. Let's not forget Ice Man either. Il'll try to find that thread.

Have a cool story about this Iceman, but can't really speak on it. Just hope this actually happens! This is the ideal Iceman for my X-Men display...so you can say I REALLY need this to happen.

Koto, please take notice!

You know, I was hoping for an Iceman statue similar to the X-Men #1 cover - with him in a more laid back surfing stance. However, the pose previewed on this thread has won me over. Especially if it's a clear resin Iceman and ice slide. I'd love to see this happen. Even have a nice petition image on standby.

Interesting, I didn't know you started a petition for iceman hellsbells. I really like the character, would definitely like to see him made. Also would love to see him in a clear resin. I think you should definitely resist your thread and keep your campaign for him going, along with are sabertooth thread. Thanks everyone for the advice..gomur and jpsarri.
