Not comic related but we had a dog called Diesel at one point and I really liked that name. He was a little engine that ran.

When we named our rescue dog (from the RSPCA) I did think about naming him Scott (Scott and Alex Summers) but my wife won by naming him Bear which really suits him. Most people seem to think he's a Dingo -

This is a photo of him today in a Fremantle Dockers scarf because it's the Aussie Rules football Grand Final today and our team is in the GF - woohoo!
Beautiful looking lad. Scarf looks great on him.

Since the breeder had 4 males in this batch it's a definite that we're getting a male.

Wife and I were catching up on Sons of Anarchy tonight and she turned to me and said "How about Jax?"

Not comic related but it works for me. Jax it is.

(made her promise that next one would be Harley though )

We just named our new Mal, Gyda after a character on History Channel's Vikings. I did some research into the name & it does have a Nordic history. She's taken to it & the name really suits her.

Jax is a great name!

Update of the soon to be "Jax"...

Pics of the litter are from 3.5 weeks (picking him up at 8 weeks). We're going down to choose next week so we'll make the final decision then.

based on pics alone, I chose the first guy because I like the creme colour (which can be seen better in other photos). My wife chose the second guy based on the more golden colour and the curlier hair

other 2 pups in the litter who are possibilities:

The brown puppy is likely to be picked first since that is the colour that the breeder is normally known for. We are second on the list so will get the choice between the 3 creme/apricot coloured pups

Get all!

We saw a 3 year old today and what a great looking dog. Friendly, gentle and seems very smart. Great choice of dog. Doesn't shed either.
