talked to Freddie Williams II. hes gonna do a companion piece for my Invincible. want to be able to put the Invincible in the same frame, so, the background will flow on the two pieces. really, really excited about it. it'll be my big score for this con. full figure, full background. heres the Invincible that'll have a friend next month. woot woot!

heres the sketch i sent Freddie as an idea of what i was intending on doing as far as framing goes. Freddie mentioned he wanted to change the pose of Omni-man so they didn't mirror each other.

well, sent off 2 emails today after speaking with artists at Phoenix con this past weekend. hopefully ill get a positive response. if all goes according to plan, i should be able to pick up a 5"x17" from Katie Cook and a commission from Jamie Tyndall. gonna be soooo sweet. also excited about filling in a few more pages in my new sketchbook and completing my headshot jam. asher has high hopes for this con too. he's supposed to pick up a penguin from Steve Scott and wants to get his new headshot jam worked on and possibly a character or two filled on his JLA jam. road trip!!!!!

Excited about this show tomorrow. Get to meet almost all of Bobs crew and pick up my piece from Freddie. Have a ton of work ready for the sketchbook and also was able to line up a piece from Katie Cook after a year. I gave her two options and I don't know which one she went with so it'll be a surprise. I'll post pics Sunday night when we get home. Woohoo!
