Just wanted to make people aware that the magnetic stand that holds Orko for the He-Man EX fell off while in my IKEA Detolf case and caused Orko to shatter into pieces. So, be very careful. Here is a pic.

I have contacted PCS for a replacement Orko, but haven't heard back yet.

Nothing that I can tell appears to be wrong with the magnets. Maybe just not strong enough.

So how does the process normally work with statues? I know motu classics has customer service stock set aside which are plastic figures but would PCS make a certain amount of statues extra in cases for damages, seems a bit more complicated then plastics figures being more mass produced.

Good question. I would love to know the answer to this as well.

All companies make a certain amount of replacement statues for customers who receive damaged items. Not quite sure how many would be decided.
