Is there a best way to seal paint?

Got a couple statues where the paint seems delicate and susceptible to rubs.

Any advice on a top coat or method that won't totally change the look of the finish?

One has flesh colored skin.

Personally I think Krylon is the worst product that I have ever used. I have not liked any paints that they make.

Testors Dule Coat is your best option. Use it lightly. Do not get it on metallic finishes.
