Maybe they packaged the wrong head with the rest of the model....the head you got was probably matched to fit another torso. The head that fits nicely with your model could be misplaced, packaged with another torso ....

Hmm, that does sound concerning. Hopefully they can help you somehow. If there's some kind of trick to it then they should post an assembly video.

We molded the screen used Horus and the neck is accurate to the piece that is in our museum. It's the full animatronic hero and not one of the stunt helmets.

You have the tassels on backward, could be the reason they aren't fitting.

These are hand made so they need a little extra care when assembling and getting on display.

Some people are very rough with their pieces.

8 have shipped and we have another four going this week. We hope to have them all shipped by the end of the month.

Due to a number of people ordering multiples and not having paid for them, they have been cancelled. If you paid for one and had two or three ordered, you will only be getting one.

This piece is now limited to 40 units and no more than that will be produced.

3. I thought these were going to come with some kind of certificate or card showing the number and edition size. There is a number on the inside of the mask (21) but I was suppose to get #14. I guess it doesn't really matter since it's just a number written on the inside.

This is an awesome piece! Congrats to Chronicle for doing such an amazing job!
