This whole streaming nonsense is just setting this up for failure.

This new CBS show sounds and looks terrible.

Looks like a re-imagined mess to me, it's what I expected after the studio stepped in and started firing people and forced key folks out.
Few will be willing to pay for this is my prediction.

It seemed to lack any serious action sequences...not sure what to make of the Klingons.

The trailer doesn't work in the UK, I don't understand why they region lock stuff like this. But I saw an image of the "Klingons" who look bad...

I'm guessing they're trying to make the Klingons look like the ones in the rebooted Star Trek movie.
That trailer was kind of meh, there didn't seem to be any humor or action, and the acting was kind of dry. I'll wait and see the first few episodes before judging...

I didn't like the way the Klingons looked either. But, this isn't the first time they've been re-enginered. The Klingons in the original TV series looked like Humans with swarthy skin, huge eye brows, and Fu Manchu mustaches.Let's face it, pop culture properties that we've known and loved for many years are going to be reimagined from time to time. I don't like it when they do it to characters I loved in the format that I loved. But, it happens anyway sometimes.

******Potential Klingon Spoiler Rumours******
Rumour has it these aren't the real Klingons, but a sect of ancient Klingons that the Discovery accidentally awakens on their survey mission.
There are images of sarcophagi in the trailers, apparently the Klingons were put into cryogenic suspension.
