this is not recasting. The first one is still exclusive......base......helmet......sword........and leaning . If I were an original owner, I'd be more worried about the leaning then the $1k value drop.

Haven't heard anything about why owners of the new one shouldn't be worried as well...

Oh my god! I'd be so pissed. I wonder what's going on with this piece?

It's looks like it's leaning to the right in that pic.

The way his legs are placed on the new one, it makes it much less likely. Something tells me SS noticed this leaning issue on the original, and made adjustments for this new one. Why else would they have changed the shape of the scythe?

That's what I'm thinking to.
That being said, they should offer a replacement from the new batch for everyone who has a leaning issue.

I agree with that. It doesn't hurt to ask. I'd be pissed if I had one that was leaning.

Yup. Or at least a body, base, and weapon thingy in case one of those 3 things are causing the original to lean.

My drom is leaning and pretty pissed about it for one it was very expensive piece and it's one of my favorite LOTR pieces...
They were silly not to make it more stable plus the rider is leaning to the weaker side ??? Sideshow??

That sucks SSJ. It's like all they know how to do and spend the most money on is marketing. They design all these eye candy statues that look good on the outside without ever truly thinking of engineering the piece to stand the test of time. It's like buying a vehicle or sports car with all these attention grabbing features, only to find out that twenty thousand miles later, you bought an unreliable piece of ---- under the hood that sometimes will cost you hundreds to get fixed. Their poorly engineered Wolverine LSF also comes to mind. What a waste of two grand, man.
