Very true but it was hokey even for the 80?s. I still watch it every year though.

it isn't all movies, we do the old Christmas specials mostly (Rudolph was of course the first) and throw in a couple of our favorites Christmas movies along the way.

We found a random channel on Roku last year that has most of the old specials so that will take us mostly to the 25th with a couple stops at the other streaming sites for a few movies along the way.
