There's another thread, where I post multiple pics of the same pieces. I even got to see one of his pieces, up close, and compared it to my Bowen Cap statue. They're identical in size. You're only here because I'm railing on someone else. Wait til I post the Bowen Cap statue pics, and then it will become crystal clear.

Coincedence??? I think not. Oh well, again, don't let me stop you from buying his "work".

I hope this helps CarrillJ to pull his head out of his butt. Look at the thighs, the hands, the feet, and of course, now the base, and you've got yourself a pretty good clone of a Bowen piece. Again... Don't let me stop you folks from believing. Buy his stuff all you want.

Does a pose make a recaster?

If the same pose is used from one sculptor to another that qualifies it as a recast? Give me a break. That means 90% of all the comic artists are plagerists.

Watch out Diamond, the attorneys are on the way.

Yet another dispatch from planet tard.

Here's something you should understand. Posing is different than RECASTING. I have seen his work, and it is indeed made from recast statues. If someone can prove me wrong, then do it. Don't try to change the subject by being a moron.

Ban me if you think I'm out of line, I don't care. I posted not only an opinion, but BLATANT PROOF!!!!

Of course, since I'M the one who posted it, I should be called to the carpet right?? Get bent.

Just to explain something to planet Tard, and those refugees from it,

The pics that NBR posted, are not the same size, or even the same sculpt as the other pieces I've shown. They might be rip-offs of other poses, but I can assure you that they're not the RECAST cap statue in question. That is an altogether different subject for discussion.

The problem with ARH's work, is that it is derived from the recasting of other people's work. Of course, you won't see that, because you're trying to change the subject.

Please have D-Fury, or Zurb cancel my account. If you think I'm out of line for telling the truth, then this forum is better served by having someone else who doesn't make waves take my place.

Tommy,
If you want to make a case, go right ahead. Just ease up on the personal insults. If someone has insulted you as well, let me know and i'll talk to them. I think it's cool for you or anyone else checking out for recasts. No problem. Just state your case and let's see what he says. If someone supports him, so be it. Let's just do this like adults and not having to tell people off.
I'm not fully aware of the situation but I have heard in the past about a company in Brazil doing Bowen recasts out of the daredevil statue. I remember seeing the work and was pissed too. If he at once did such things, let's hear his story and judge afterwards. I don't understand why the personal insults? If someone is a dumbass, you think that by insulting them it will make them smarter? Banning is not done on those who oppose but those who get too personal with the insults. Maybe I've missed something on another thread but from what I read here, you mention to zurb and dfury to check it out followed by an insult. If it was meant as a joke, it doesn't follow the rythm of your post.

RECASTS .... Are you sure ???

Dear TOMY ALLYSON,

Now I understood why you are so upset about me and my work !!! You lost the job of Fred Reys to me !!! Man, thank you for that. I got more then $ 5000 from that job, and Fred Reys is 100 % satisfied with my work. You can ask him if you want. He wrote me and asked me to make all his statues with the same body as I made my Captain America. He was so satisfied that after the first three statues that I sculpted, he asked me to make 4 more !!!

I can sculpt whatever I want !!! Any character, any style, any pose. I'm sorry if you don't !!! You are envious and jealous !!! You didn't even go through the trouble of looking carefully at Bowen's statue and comparing it to mine. You never put them both together side by side ...Your envy has blinded you to the point of not even perceive that the statues are totally different in all the details !!! I had a Captain America statue from Bowen, and when I sculpted mine I had his statue on my work desk and told myself I was capable and I would sculpt a statue like his one, but without the anatomic defects that his has. The shoulders are differed sizes and the arms are different, one arm is bigger than the other. The calves are extremely long and out of line with the human anatomy. I notices all those details because I had it in my hand; but it seems that maybe you have only seen the statue on eBay pictures.
I don't need to make recasts, and if you think that sculpting hands and feet and a body in a simple pose like that is something difficult to the point that one has to get pieces of the statues from other sculptors. it's because you must have that difficulty and you imagine that others may have the same problem. On my first post I gave you a tip, but you didn't pick up on it. I told you I used to sculpt 5 statues at the same time on one week... It means that I am able to sculpt a full statue in about one and a half day.
Last night at 9:00 PM Western time I read your pathetic posts and saw the pictures you posted. So I decided to start sculpting a statue exactly like my first Captain America, but this time photographing the process of exactly how I made it the first time. Unfortunately I didn't have a digital camera 2 years ago, and I didn't take pics of the statues I sculpted. But now I can prove that you are wrong, that you are jealous and that you are pathetic in your comments. See the pictures and swallow your words!!!!

Feel free to apologize. I don't hold a grudge.
