Kotobukiya Venom

Hey guys,

My Kotobukiya Venom came in yesterday and I noticed it came with a bad paint job. The whites look really bad and even have a red finish to them. Worst of all there is a small scuff on his left eye which to me seems like it could have been done while at the factory. I have no experience in painting so I would be afraid of messing it up and leaving it worse than it already is. Would this be worth sending to someone to get it repainted or repaired? And how much do you think it would run? I've been a big fan of the custom paint jobs I've seen here on the forum and would be interested in seeing how someone could even leave it better than originally intended. If anyone has any ideas let me know!

Hopefully you could see what I'm talking about in the pictures below...

No chance of exchanging it but I could return it. Pretty disappointed as this is the first time I've ever had any problems buying a statue.

whats this statue made of? I would just strip the paint and repaint it, even for a novice its a pretty straight forward repaint doesn't look like the factory did much shading anyway. you could probably rattle can most of it if you didn't have an airbrush
