Interesting debate here.
Mayo can be used as a lubricant. A lubricant can be considered as a tool to perform a job. So yes, it would tend to include mayonnaise in the list of instruments.
Please note the choice of mustard is paramount.

JND makes hyper realistic movie statues in 1/3. They did Arthur Fleck, WW84, Ledger Joker, and now TDKR Catwoman. Their statues sell out almost immediately. People go crazy for their stuff in the Facebook groups. Other people just complain about price and the silicone/hair lol. Oh, and I believe only Arthur Fleck is in hand at the moment.

WW production video is rumored to be coming very, very soon, so I think that might start going to hands in Asia very soon.
