That must be damn annoying. I would say just leave off the lightning effects (not my cup of tea) but you’ve got those obvious spots in the base and statue itself where the lightning fits into. Hop you get it resolved, that’s currently “the” 1/4 Flash available.

Cheaping out on magnets at $800+ is a pretty weak move.

Unfortunately you may need to look on eBay for very small magnets that you can glue to the parts in question. It might help, but I’m not sure what you can do with the one with the pin type hole.

My general impression is that prime 1 just completely skipped the QC step for this statue.
ZERO of the plastic elements fit properly on mine (comically bad fitting). The paint is sloppy and has spots where it shouldn't (like right in the damn logo), the lines in-between his fingers look like someone drew them in with a sharpie to me, the plastic elements are atrocious, the yellow lightning coming from his left foot (which goes into the base) doesn't attach properly to his foot (barely even hangs on) which makes it impossible to put his pegged foot all the way in the hole which in turn prevents the statue from fitting on the base correctly; no matter how hard I force it in there, there's always a gap where his foot should be touching the road. I forced it very hard to get the gap as small as it is. There's also some kind of oily substance on the bottom of his shoe which rubbed off on my fingers each time I touched it.
In concept I love this statue but in execution, it's by far the worst statue I've seen in person. I genuinely feel like Prime 1 is cheapening the hobby when they do stuff like this.
Definitely contacting sideshow to see what they can do.

Yeah, that's way too many issues. What a bummer. On the bright side, the Flash and GL look amazing together.

I have the exact same issues. Poor QC and the paint applications were completely missed.

seems like a pretty poor design all around, too bad its a pretty nice piece without the lightning effects but they force you to use them by keying them into the body like that

Prime 1 Flash with FP Batman. Lightning bolts took some effort to put in. My statue was cold when it arrived. I let it warm up to room temperature and the bolts seem to wiggle in place much better now. Base seems to be pretty much perfect, but the paint job on the Flash himself is poor. Sloppy paint where the red outfit meets the gold parts, around the chest emblem, fingers, etc. Did they rush this before Chinese New Year? On a positive note, the statue is very dynamic. Oh well, enjoy a few pics.

Mine is all together, took a hair dryer to get the lightening bolts in place, impossible otherwise, now it's not going anywhere.
The paint has globs as well as black specs throughout. As Sonic Boom said not noticeable unless on top of the piece.
Both heads came broken, the lightening broken off both sides, was jiggling in the box, Calling sideshow first thing tomorrow.
