Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

in range with Ross prints
i can see the unframed (if some remain) being put at 199$ but it's usually 150.

Canvas is much better.

Comparing a lithograph to a canvas without factoring in the price differences is about as fair and honest as comparing a 300K house to a million dollar house in the same neighborhood without taking price into consideration. Of course, a canvas is of better quality than a lithograph, but at the end of the day they're both still reproductions. The real question here is :

Is a set of 7 Alex Ross canvas reproductions with an ES of 50 at $3800 a pop a better deal than a set of 8 litho's with an ES of 100 at $1200 a pop [and with the added bonus of flex pay]? Speaking only for myself, I'm going with the litho's.

There is a guy on fb who has amazing work and his framed prints stand out much more than any of the prints I have
There are many parameters and for me the main are:
- artists pricing (of course alex ross adds to the price compared to an unknown artist) and when it comes to art, prices have no limits.
- ES
- statue related art / collection integrity

not to mention those canvasses are all over ebay, not selling at all. This Litho set comes with a bonus piece that looks to be the best out of the 8 as well imo. I can get limited classic monster canvases for much cheaper than what the Ross ones go for from another great artist, so I will be getting some of those and this set. Flex pay is also another factor as you mention. The Ross canvasses won't hold their value.
