I'd bet heavy money on him being announced during Spooktacular, if not a reveal.

Since Orko was unveiled right before New York Comic Con mid-October I wouldn't expect the pre-order before January 2018, probably later.
She-Ra was announced in January 2017 and pre-order began in June.
Spooktakular would fit the vampire origin of Hordak, but I think it would be to early.

I just watched a vid on youtbe of classic Evil Lyn and I didn't notice the borders on her back tattoo.
Would be so awesome if they painted it for this version, instead of using decals/stickers...

I don't think you're far off that Hordak will be revealed during Spooktakular. I bet they had Orko done for some time and Hordak right behind.

Is it wrong of me to have no faith in SS' factories being able to paint those tattoos? Hell, the factories sometimes have issues applying the decals!
