I'll probably sell mine if they make a Buck (and I like the pose/presentation, of course). Otherwise, it's a great solo piece to represent JP.

I hope they do more with the license also. It's funny, I remember one of my old conversations with George after Chronicle squandered and lost it and he had zero interest in it at the time. I couldn't understand why. It's a gold mine.

Got my Rexy on Sunday and I LOVE her! I'm in Texas by the way. The glass eyes look amazing and its definitely the biggest statue in my collection. She has amazing presence. I'm very pleased with ECC.
P.S. Someone please tell me how to rotate the images. That drives me crazy that it uploaded sideways.
UPDATE - I flipped Rexy in my display and the right facing pose is definitely the best for my display. She looks so much better and her eyes actually follow you around the room. Creepy, yet awesome!

Got mine yesterday, will upload pics soon.
It's a beautiful piece overall -- the natural pose and understated base make it my favorite of the high-end JP Rexes thus far -- but the surface detail is admittedly underwhelming. The sculpt needs finer detail, something that Prime 1 and Infinity are knocking out of the park these days. The wrinkles are too wide and many of the scales just look like abstract bumps. It seems like they overcompensated for this by simply sharpening everything, but that only exaggerates the height of the existing bumps. It doesn't shape them into proper scales or add finer skin texturing.
Again, it's quite a beautiful piece and looks great from a distance, but up close it doesn't quite check all the boxes it should. My collection has only shrunk over time and I grow weary of large, expensive pieces that don't fully satisfy. The bigger and more expensive it is, the more it needs to be a grand slam home run.

Why are we posting pics that are 100003003030x02034934093 resolution?

Anyone what's going on the their mosquito in amber? I got the email for the both the rex and the mosquito on the same day that they would be charged on the 16th and obviously got the rex but was never charged the remainder for the amber mosquito. I will email them but just wondering if anyone was in the same boat.

I get what you mean. However P1 similarly scaled Rotunda also suffered from the same "issue", if anything it's probably worse there.
Same goes for Iron Studios 1:10 Rex and Chronicle 1:9 Rotunda.
Outside of the 1:5 one, if you want a sharp, fine and dense texturing relative to the piece size you would get it from the 1:35 W-Dragon JP Rex, ironically.

I did get charged for the mosquito on the 16th but haven't received any updates since then.
