I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Below is the FedEx quote by using their site calculator - this is intended for non-US collector that might want the Vader helmet directly from eFX - you can do it yourselves here: https://www.fedex.com/ratefinder/hom...&locId=express Please tell me I'm wrong!!

That looks right, sadly. FedEx priority overseas 2-day shipping is very costly.

Indeed, but is there a FedEx Economy option on their site? I heard there is this option but couldn't find it on the shipping quotes link, maybe there is another section of the FedEx site?

Economy isn't that much less, perhaps $50-$75 less?
I imagine you'd still be looking at over 500 beans.

That cannot be right? $600 shipping?? Sideshow use FedEX and it's alot cheaper than that. This should be about $50 shipping.

Here are the dimensions of the box offered by Bryan @ eFX: size: 32" X 24" X 18" and 30 lbs. The cost of shipping: $600 plus VAT and customs and I could buy a second Vader helmet. I wish Vlad Tepes to be here and take care of some of these greedy fellas...

I get the sense it's right. If I wanted to ship the Silver Surfer museum from Montreal, Canada to Denmark, it would cost nearly $300 using FedEx priority. It's a much smaller box, half the weight, and would ship thousands of fewer miles too. Shipping in this manner is crazy money. There must be a reason why EFX won't ship internationally via USPS.

BTW, not only does Sideshow get a better deal with FedEx, (believe it or not) Sideshow also pays for part of the shipping out of its own pocket. I asked a rep about this. We can't compare SS shipping rates with anyone else's.

Hi there, I currently have the Efx clone trooper, clone trooper captain and the McQ Vader helmets and they are all fabulous but the McQ Vader is just INCREDIBLE! The quality and attention to detail of each piece is amazing plus the packaging which often gets over looked is well thoughtout, all my helmets have arrived with me here in the UK in perfect condition. I can highly recommend Efx.
