You can make the payment for both at the same time if you'd like. (: All we ask is that you add in your note with your payment that it's for both, otherwise accounting may not understand what it's for.

You are correct, this type of delay is not normal and we are working on making sure it doesn't happen anymore. We've just been very busy over here. That's no excuse though, and I am sorry you've been waiting so long.

If you send an email and don't receive a response in 72 hours, please send a new email to Customer Service and let us know.
