Sideshow Avengers Assemble statue collection

I just jumped on these today. Price point is good and IM, Cap and Thor will scale nicely with my Wolverine/Hulk Dio. Going to pass on the Hulk from this line. Didn't have versions of these characters in my collection yet so this checks a lot of boxes. Still open to a comic inspired fully sculpted 1/4 Cap in the future though (sub $1000).

Must have been recently, I have been debating the Iron Man, but would never display the EX head, so no real rush. Thinking I am going to have to grab that Thor too. Really hope they announce a wave two soon for this line. Black Panther, Spider Woman, Scarlet Witch etc. etc.

It might be best if they just did random 1/5 X-Men in cool costumes and poses and people collected them how they like (I'm all in for a dynamic Gambit). Pretty much how they did 1/5 X-Men before. They will probably make something like Avengers Assemble statues line up for The Justice League. Oh man, how i would love to get both Avengers and Justice League and put them lined up as teams infront of each other but i don't have all the money in the world and i have very limited space left... So i really have to choose very carefully about what i will get so i had to pass on AA statues :/ and i will probably get only Batman from The Justice League but The JL will be too tempting if they make The Martian Manhunter, Aquaman and Green Arrow... i want aspecially an Exclusive Green Arrow if they make one head with the beard and one clean shaved... If they make them, i will have some very hard time to pass on The JL line up.

1/5th is the wave of the future. 1/4 and higher will be a much smaller market. The pricing is just out of control. These statues look great in this style and if they did a justice league set. I would be all in!

I hope they dont do a 1/5 scale x-men line. Need them to complete the 1/4 scale jim lee line. XM is doing 1/4 xmen now but they are pretty expensive aftermarket.
Prime 1 has license but dont know if they will do jim lee 1/4 or 1/3 scale.

Where did you got that price info? That is 60 more the the previous. Crazy I paid less for 1/4s some years ago. Still.. gonna do this line, dont have a thor and iron man in the collection yet.

Xmen would be cool.. still a shame the xbase line died

you can still buy the Modern age Thor from bigbad for $440 and it's 1/4th scale. Jane Fosters Thor is only $500!!
