So who here can repair like new?!
Well USPS managed to squirm out from paying me for my broken Phoenix statue, so I'm wondering, who here can repair it like new? I think I remember Danno said he does some repair work as well? I'll post some pics up soon. Sucks that I have all this on me. Repairs, casting, purchases... It never ends!

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Sux Ghost. Hope you find someone that does her justice.
Luckily I havenot had to file a claim with the postal services anymore not rececently that is, but I learned to abuse the packing some extra so my point gets the necessary validity. Them is ripoffs.

They thought it was broken before it was shipped or that I broke it and tried to get them to pay it off. They kept saying since there's no damage to the box at all or the styrofoam it's impossible to have been broken by them so there's no way they would pay out for it. I was pissed but after 25mins talking with them they wouldn't budge. I might as well try to sell it on ebay or something for someone who wants to repair it. I'd have to pay as much as I paid for the statue itself to fix it.

THAT HAPPENDED TO ME, BUT BEFORE I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE I TOOK THE STATUE OUT OF THE BOX , WRAPPED IT IN BUBBLE WRAP , THEN HAD MY SON STEP ON THE EMPTY BOX FOR ABOUT A WEEK IN THE BACK SEAT UNDER HIS CAR SEAT. WHEN I WENT TO FILE THE CLAIM THE BOX WAS SO BEAT UP THAT THE LADY TOOK ONE LOOK AND FILED. SHE DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT THE STATUE AT ALL, SHE ASKED IF I WANTED TO FIX IT, I DECLINED. NEXT TIME KICK THE BOX AND MAKE IT LOOK GOOD..

Rick or Danno would be your best bet G. On a similar note do you recall i told you about my friends Cave Troll being damaged by UPS. Well they allowed him to keep the statue (he insisted they call to his house to assess it) and he just received a cheque for €1125 to cover damages. Jammy bastard. I told himn he can bring me and my GF out for dinner since it was me who put him in touch with the seller.
