It's an Autobot, but doesn't look like their Optimus to me. Someone unannounced?

Yup, that looks like it. Good call.
The other possibility imo, might be Smokescreen. I always wanted him as a kid. Might consider that.
EDIT: Oh, and I guess Bluestreak is the same basic mold as well. They may do all three as variants.

Must be unannounced by Azure. I think MisterJ is right on though.
Based on the head crest, and 'missiles' on the back, gotta be Prowl, Smokescreen and/or Bluestreak.

I contacted an Azure Sea rep, and gave them my two cents on an IDW Jetfire. They liked the idea, and forwarded it and my pics to their R&D.
We'll see if anything happens, or if they were just blowing smoke...
