Crazy thing is it didn’t even seem like the body was the issue, both heads had pegs bent at different angles


But the body was still an issue because it looked like it was painted by a 3rd grader


I have multiple Spider-Mans with better weblines than this thick black line


The base was covered in scratches, or cracking, other debris, I don’t even know



And to top it off the bottom was warped almost exactly in the center, you could spin the whole thing like a dreidel.

This is one of the most botched pieces I've ever gotten, from Sideshow or any other company. It doesn't come up often enough.

I wouldn't have thought it was possible to mess up such a simple design this badly. Every aspect of it is screwed up.

That’s because SS used their lowest tier factory at the time. In fact, that’s how we found out they had A, B, C factories depending on the complexity of the pieces. Between this and Rogue, they had a lot of egg on their face. I can’t believe what this sells for these days.

True, but this is on another level of bad. Rogue had one primary problem that Sideshow (or the factories) still struggle with today for whatever reason. This piece had everything wrong with it. Why were the bases warped? Why didn't the parts fit together properly? Why did it come packaged so poorly?

I can think of plenty of pieces with one or two glaring issues, but this one had ALL the issues. It sells for a lot because it's hard to find, and it's probably hard to find because so many were smashed in fits of rage lol.

Yeah tell me about it. I guess there's too many Wolverines that need to be made first.

I love the character and HATED that piece, even without all of the issues. Then XM teased a sick Hive concept for one, but then that was dropped to the XM black hole and never heard from again.

Hopefully someone else can get the 1/4 US Marvel license. Do other characters aside from the big 3. I need lots of stuff but I really need a classic Thor.
