A positive update on my situation as promised.
The day after i made the opening post on this thread i received an email from ironstudios.com telling me they were going to send me a replacement Beast statue.
The statue arrived today and it's fine.

That’s great news. I actually have stopped ordering from them due to so many statues being late so done with preorders but this made me very concerned about potential issues with orders once they eventually come in. After my current ones come in I am sure I will be ordering more from them as they have such awesome statues. They do however screw up my payments every single time and it takes a few emails to get it straightened out.

I've ordered all my Iron stuff though Sideshow.
My personal experience with their customer service has been excellent and by ordering through multiple studios from one site = more racked up points.

I asked for refunds in canceling two different pre-orders late last year through their US store online contact form. They replied back within a day but it took almost 20 days for them to process the cancelations and send the refunds.

I used the online contact form, as well, but no response 8 days later.

I have had a terrible time with their tech support. I needed to cancel 1 item and they ended up cancelling all (8) of my pre-orders. No reply back from support... 6 days and counting..

Wow. This is making me think I am in for some good headaches soon assuming my preorders get released anytime soon. They are all late like sentinel #1 that was due back in August.
